Altona North

Located at 48–60 Kyle Road, Altona North, approximately 8 kilometres south-west of the Melbourne CBD, the project comprises a 17.37-hectare landholding positioned within a major urban renewal precinct. The site is bounded by Kyle Road to the west and the West Gate Freeway to the north, offering excellent connectivity to Melbourne’s inner-west and CBD. The broader Altona North Precinct is planned to deliver a vibrant mixed-use community featuring approximately 3,000 homes, including townhouses and apartments, with a commitment to 5% affordable housing. Planned amenities include a new town centre on Blackshaws Road incorporating retail, supermarket and civic spaces, commercial offices, a large central park, four local parks, tree-lined streets, extensive cycling infrastructure, and public transport connections to Newport and Spotswood train stations.
