Capital is invested primarily in property development projects through loans to Oliver Hume development vehicles and other development entities managed or supported by the Oliver Hume Property Funds Group. The fund may also make direct equity investments in development projects and hold short-term investments, generating returns through interest earned on loans to development vehicles, equity participation in property developments and income from cash investments.
