This project is located on the former Princes Highway approximately 2 kilometres west of the Werribee central business district and railway station. There is a neighbourhood shopping centre planned for construction opposite the land on Geelong Road. Stage 1 comprises a total area of 3.2 hectares. Redlands Stage 1 comprises 59 fully serviced residential allotments to be developed ranging in size from 280 square metres to 580 square metres, the majority of the blocks being 280 square metres to 350 square metres with construction due to commence in 2016
