Redlands

This project is located on Geelong Rd approximately 2 kilometres west of the Werribee central business district and railway station. Stage 2 & 3 of Redlands consists of the development of 5.8 hectares of land into 112 vacant residential lots at 132 Geelong Rd, Werribee in Victoria. Construction of stages 1 & 2 has already commenced and stage 3 will start in 2018.

The site is located in the City Of Wyndham which provides an extensive range of services, attractions and amenities catering for the education, social/recreation, health and retail needs of residents and visitors. 

The Victorian Government is currently considering a proposal from Australian Education City to transform the Werribee National Employment and Innovation Cluster into a major centre including new residential development, universities, schools, a research and development hub and a town centre. This is an excellent initiative for residents in the region. 

There is also a neighbourhood shopping centre planned for construction opposite the site on Geelong Rd, which is a further attraction for residents looking to live in the area
