This 16.22 hectare low density residential zoned parcel of land is situated on the northern metropolitan fringe of Melbourne. The site is within 2 km of the Whittlesea Town Centre, which provides a full range of retail services and community facilities. Whittlesea Park and The Whittlesea Show Grounds are located less than 1 km west of the site. The project was a residential subdivision comprising 31 one acre allotments.
