The project is located at 1313–1337 Leakes Road, Rockbank, Victoria, within the City of Melton, approximately 32.5 kilometres north-west of the Melbourne CBD. Rockbank and the broader Melton region are experiencing strong population growth, underpinned by housing affordability, lifestyle appeal, and significant investment in infrastructure, services, and community amenities. The site is strategically positioned within the Rockbank Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) area, which includes the future Rockbank Major Town Centre and Rockbank Railway Station. The town centre is planned to serve as a key community focal point for both the precinct and the wider region, providing a range of retail, commercial, community and civic facilities. The proposed development comprises 174 residential lots to be delivered across four development stages. The project occupies a gross land area of 12.14 hectares and is well placed to benefit from the area's continued residential growth and expanding infrastructure network.
